1. The Lumbridge Cook's Range

This range requires the completion of the quest Cook's Assistant, but the special range helps you burn less food.

2. The Al Kharid Range

It is fairly close to a bank, it’s good for both f2p and p2p.

3. The Catherby Range

It's extremely close to bank, but lots of people will be using it, meaning crowding and opening doors.

4. Rogues' Den Fire

This fire is located practically next to the bank. It's only a fire, so you may burn some. But don't worry, because if you are power cooking that doesn't matter.

There are lots of people and random events about, but the time taken is made up by the closeness to a bank.

It's the best location for members who want to power leveling their cooking.
