    After you complete the order process and have sent your payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received.     No, we never spend tokens on exp. All tokens will be saved for you to buy something you want from the reward store.

    Set your level goal and you will see how much exp will be needed for your order. Then divide the exp by 10. 1 / 10 of your exp and that will equal the amount of tokens you will get.

    Your account possibly doesn’t meet the quest’s requirements, including skill(s) and the pre-quest(s) or we may need some gold in the game for buying the supplies or items for this particular quest.     Open your quest journal and then click on the quest which you want to order. You will then see if your account can do it or not.
